Scarlett came to us with Snipper from Reiny Day Quarter Horses.  This mare has not only an impressive pedigree, being an own daughter of Whizard Jac out of a Gallo De Cielo daughter, but she has personality by the boatload.  We sure love a good red mare around here, and Scarlett wears the crown well.  

Snipper and Scarlett are here at Crooked Creek to live out the rest of their days as the spoiled herd matriarchs.  They enjoy spending the summers out in belly high grass and the winters tucked into their luxury suites with room service (ME) at their beck and call!  

When I think of these two, I can't help but be reminded of the Golden Girls.
